ICMS Project

Employment Facilitation Centre was started by Systems Dynamics at the Centre of Excellence at Vatva GIDC. EFC will cater to work seekers who want full time or part time employment and work providers who wish to find manpower for their units. The IT enabled Service is launched with the support of Vatva Industries Association as a CSR activity. Systems Dynamics has created a business model for Industrial Cluster Manpower Services (ICMS). ICMS will be replicable across all Industrial Clusters in a franchisee model. The ITeS is empowered by SD’s flagship product, PEMS (People Expertise Matching System).
The Employment Facilitation Centre has started successful operations on a small scale. It has registered several units in the cluster and several thousand work seekers (grey, blue and white collar workers). Together with the 1 million strong work seekers’ database, the EFC has started successful placements against work providers’ requests.
