Sales Management System (SMS) is designed to manage these Customer facing transactions – Enquiries receive, Quotations Send, Customer Orders receive, Despatch and Invoice for goods. SMS also handles other related transactions like Sales Returns, Credit/Debit Notes and generating data for filing tax (GST) returns.
Customer – item pricing is managed through one or more price catalogues. The prices may vary by categories, region or currency. Customer specific or even Customer-Contract specific price catalogues can be implemented.
