PEMS-MSME Recruit

PEMS can be used for recruiting by large or small work providers. MSME, Micro Small and Medium Enterprise, can use PEMS to receive candidate profiles for hiring against one or more positions. The recruiter must first open an account on the portal and create the Organisation profile. Thereafter one or more positions can be posted under the organisation account. There are different plans available for posting recruitment ads and receiving candidates profiles which include programmatically matched candidates and those who have chosen to directly apply to their announcement. 

Their advertised positions will be visible on the portal (www.workquery.com) and work seekers can be proactively driven to the advertised position by sharing the URL in their promotions. The program will forward all applicants profiles to the recruiter regardless of their relevance.   

Work Provider Organisation can specify filters, i.e. essential criteria, and additionally, desirable criteria with scores to represent preferences (these are used for ranking). PEMS can filter and rank matched candidates through a batch process and report them at a frequency which is user specified. The number of matched candidates to report in each scan against the entire repository is also user specified.
